现在注册

作为回到RIC的人, 你现在就可以注册早春课程了, unless it has been three or more semesters since you have been enrolled. 

Please Note: If it has been three or more semesters since you have been enrolled at RIC, the 记录办公室 需要联系(401-456-8213, records@isomali.net) so that they can either enter your information into the system or update your record.

If you can register right now, the registration system is available from 7 am–11 pm daily.

课程取消和加/退截止日期

Should RIC need to cancel a course that is scheduled to be offered, we will do so by December 12. 如果您需要添加或删除课程, that must be done no later than the day after the first day of that class.

While the schedule of classes gives you a sense of what is being offered and when, MyRIC will provide you with course descriptions to help you decide what to register for:

1. 去 MyRIC and access your account by entering your user ID and password (all lowercase). Students who require assistance with accessing online registration should contact the 残疾人士服务中心 at 401-456-2776. If you forgot your ID or password or have trouble accessing your account, contact the 记录办公室 at 401-456-8213.
2. To locate and look through course(s) navigate from the RIC Announcements page to the RIC Student Homepage (using the top, 左下拉菜单). 的n click on Student Center > 搜索 for Classes button. (Just ensure that the "Term" drop-down menu has "Spring 2024" selected.)

   Please Note: When you select "Spring 2024" and run a search you will be shown courses for both Early Spring and Spring semesters. Please know that only courses with "12/26/2023 - 01/13/2024" in the Meeting Dates column are Early Spring courses. And please be sure to avoid course meeting times that conflict with each other.

Call/class numbers are the five-digit number preceding each course and are very important for these reasons:

• this is the number you will need in order to register for, add, or drop a given course
• clicking on a call number will provide you with the course description

Also, if a course has multiple sections, please note the unique section number. You may not register for more than one section of a course.

部门同意

有些课程需要院系同意才能注册. 的se courses are identified in Class 搜索 on the Class Details page with the phrase "Department Consent Required." A course may have this designation for reasons such as: minimum grade point average, 获得学分, 主要, 或者得到系主任的许可. Contact the offering department for registration information.

大学目录 

的 大学目录 contains degree requirements for all undergraduate programs of study, 影响学生的规则, 课程描述, and a list of the faculty and administration of the college. You must know the rules given in the catalog for your degree program. 目录是所有学生的权威文件.

2. To begin the registration process navigate from the RIC Announcements page to the RIC Student Homepage (using the top, 左下拉菜单). 的n click on Student Center > select Enroll from the left-hand navigation.

If you are a returning student who is planning to register for both Early Spring and Spring semesters, 那么你这两个学期的总学分应该 一般不超过18. Any exception to this maximum course load policy must be approved in writing by the appropriate academic dean. 另外, 超过18学分意味着额外费用, 除非你目前正在接受希望奖学金. (希望奖学金包括额外的学费).
